How many people can go on a boat?

It depends on the type of boat and on the excursion. For each trip, the maximum number of people and available spaces will be specified. If you are a large group, contact us and we will design a trip for you.

Do all tours include food?

Most tours offer food, which is included in the price of the ticket. In all cases, the fish is fresh and caught during the excursion, so we cannot ensure that it is strictly the same as mentioned in the offer. On some boats and in certain excursions, there is no food service. All trips clearly specify if food is included. If you want something special, contact us and we will design a menu for you.

Can I bring drinks?

You can take drinks on any excursion, except alcoholic beverages. Water is provided free of charge in all of the tours. On most trips, and in all of those that include a menu or a meal, the skipper may sell alcoholic drinks to passengers (beer, wine or champagne), which are not included in the price of the ticket.

Do I need to print the ticket? Can I show the ticket on my tablet or phone?

Pescaturismo promotes the respect and protection of the environment. For this reason, it is not necessary to print the ticket. You can simply show the skipper the tour's purchase confirmation email on your tablet or mobile phone.

Can I get a refund if the tour is cancelled?

If the trip is cancelled prior to boarding due to adverse weather conditions, you will be notified by email and will be automatically refunded the price of the ticket. However, the tickets are only valid for the time, date and place indicated on the reservation. If you miss your tour, you will not be entitled to a refund. Remember, fishing is an activity that is subject to strict schedules and the boats cannot wait. Please, make sure to arrive on time!

Can I ask that the boat return to shore without completing the tour?

The tour's length may change due to adverse weather conditions or security concerns at the discretion of the skipper. Under normal circumstances, the vessel cannot return to the port until the end of the tour as fishing is subject to a strict timetable.

What if I get seasick?

We recommend that you take motion sickness medication before boarding. If at any point you start to feel dizzy, please inform the crew and they will do their best to ensure the tour is as smooth as possible. In some cases, they may vary their route to sail through calmer waters or areas that are more sheltered from the wind. We want you to enjoy this experience!

What should I wear?

You should wear comfortable clothing suitable to spend a day at sea. Rubber-soled shoes that cover the entire foot and a hat are recommended. Do not forget your bathing suit if the tour includes a swim in the crystalline waters of Majorca. During certain times of the year and depending on the weather conditions, we also suggest you to bring a waterproof coat and a change of clothes.

If I am a minor, can I go alone?

If you are under age, you must be accompanied by a responsible adult (parent or legal guardian) or provide the proper authorisation.

What if I need special assistance?

If you have limited mobility or require any special assistance, we suggest you contact us before booking a tour. We will study your case and see whether the tour suits your particular set of circumstances. We promise to do everything possible to find the best solution for you, so you can fully enjoy the tour.

What if I want ...?

We want this to be an unforgettable experience. Speak to the captain and let him know if you have any special requests. Once on board, some tours can be modified (lengthen the time for swimming, visit another beach, special menu ...), as long as it does not lead to additional costs and does not affect the fishermen's work.

In any case, you can always reach a financial agreement with the captain if your wishes are not included in the chosen tour. The skipper will try his best to meet your expectations and provide you with a one-of-a-kind experience!

Do I have any insurance?

All activities on the boats have civil liability insurance, which is included in the price of the ticket.
