Conditions to consider
Excursions:
- If the trip is canceled before shipment because of weather issues, you will be notified by phone or email and the fare will be automatically refunded.
- The absence in the place, date and time agreed on the ticket does not entitle to a refund of any kind.
- The boat does not return to port until the tour is concluded. The development of the activity may change due to weather or security reasons, at discretion of the captain. The departure time of the excursion is established in the website. The arrival time is estimated.
- If you suspect you suffer from motion sickness on board, you should take medication to prevent it.
- All activities on the boats have a liability insurance.
- Showing the ticket on a tablet or phone without printing is valid
- The client agrees to comply with all security measures to avoid contagion by Covid-19, especially with regard to the interpersonal safety distance of 1,5 meters. When the safety distance cannot be maintained, protective equipment appropriate to the level of risk should be used. The equipment necessary to facilitate the activity will be disinfected according to the hygienic-sanitary measures established after each use by the client.
